Some light exercise at bedtime often improves your sleep because it often helps you to relax, unwind and switch off.
I wouldn't think so, but it might be harder to fall asleep. JP is right, because your hormones and muscles function better at certain parts of the day, so the earlier the better I'd say, ensuring proper rest and restoration for the body and its muscles
Working out energizes you.Take it from someone who goes to the gym 3 days a week, you don't wanna do it after 4PM (unless you have a good reason to stay-up late at night). Mornings are the best time.
Yes, it is not the right time as it gets all of our endorphins going and is not the calming kind of activity that is a prelude to sleep.
It's not BAD but you probably won't sleep well if you sleep at all.
