Finger issues. =/?

ohk well this morning i cut my finger open. it has like a big slit thing on it. and you can see the inside of it and my finger (middle of right hand) is really puffed up. and it has this big bubble of what looks like blood. =/ should i pop the pobble, put ice on it, wait till tomorrow, go to the doctor, get a big bandage to wrap it up. because i can barely move it at all. PLEASE HELP.

Are you more likely to get the finger cut off because you go to the doctor, or more likely to get your finger cut off because you DIDN't go to the doctor.

I'm a foot doctor. I try to avoid cutting off toes at all costs. However, sometimes I do have to cut them off. 95% of the time, however, cutting off the toe could have been avoided of the patient had not waited so long to be seen and we could have started rigt away.

I need my fingers for surgery. I would be in the doctor's right away.
