Anyone else get tension headaches?!

Anyone else get tension headaches?

Im not trying to self-diagnose. I realize that only a doctor can make a definite ruling on my condition, if it is in fact chronic or episodic, but i was hoping that people here with more experience could at least point me in the right direction or give me some peace of mind till my appointment. Ive been having these for about 2 weeks. They are mild, but annoying. A dull, achy pain at the base of my neck. it doesnt pulsate or go anywhere but there. not in my temples, behind my eyes, not sinus related. im healthy. exercise for about 1 hour once a week. i looked up the symptoms online. sounds like me. i sit over a computer all day. not really hunched over, but my posture isnt that great. i have a 2 hour commute to work, hour to and hour back. i drive there, buddy drives back, so im over a steering wheel too. then when i come home, i pretty much do the same thing. i watch movies on my computer in an easy chair where i kinda curl up to the side, cuz i dont have anywhere to lay my legs out so its crappy posture there too. it starts when i wake up, just dull achy for most of the day, doestn get better or worse, then go to sleep. wake up and it starts again. i dont like taking tylenol less i absolutely need to, so even now as i type this, have a little dull pain, nothign debilitiating cuz i can still type this message coherently. just hoping this sounds like tension headaches so i at least have a place to start. if anybody has info or advice, id appreciate it

Eat regularly, take Advil if it is extremely painful, and talk to your Doctor. It might be expose to the computer light, or it might be the poor posture. It might be a migraine, though i think its tension headaches.
