Any time you have tightness in your chest and difficulty breathing with a fast heart rate you need to be seen by a doctor as soon as possible. No one here can tell you what is wrong with her such as clogged arteries, heart attack etc, because specialized tests are needed to diagnose those conditions. It could be her heart. Or she could be coming down with bronchitis or pneumonia. I would take her to the hospital and get her checked out as soon as possible. Do not let her drive herself.
I'm an RN
You know what I've had those symptoms sometimes too! Not recently thou, I'm 21 and weigh 205 5/11ht. I recommend she takes vitamins to make her heart stronger that's what my doctor recommended. I bet it's nothing to serious I bet. Have her do at 15 minutes of card a day. This can consist of walking, jogging, or swimming. Like I said earlier this all from my doctor. Good luck!
My doctor and personal expierance

she's got too much weight on her for her age and height.
