how come when i try and exercise i get cramps in my legs and hands and feet?!


Question: How come when i try and exercise i get cramps in my legs and hands and feet?
when i try and do some stretching i get charlie horses in my hamstrings and calves and toes. i even get them in my hands.. im not sure what the problem is. some people said not enough water but i drink a lot of water.. some say electrolytes but not sure.. some say magnesium may be low.. i want to know why

Eat foods high in Potassium . Potassium relaxes the muscles. First off. you need to decide what part of your body you are going to work on and stream line your stretching to that part of the body, You might also not be doing the right stretching exercises. Look up on the internet. Find stretching exercises for your Achilles Tendons and calves.Make sure they have a picture and a clear instructions how to do them. You need to start doing them everyday even though you are not going to work out. It will keep the muscles loose.I worked with Navy Fitness
