Question: I squated down today and got up and now both of my thighs are really sore, what could be wrong?
I was fine before hand, but after squating for like 10 seconds, my thighs are now really sore. I've been rubbing it and it feels like I've just jogged for miles.

keep moving them and massage them gently, after a few days they will be back to normal.
i had a similar thing happen to me last week. it hurt soo bad to walk even.
It happened to me after I did a lot running, don't worry there is nothing wrong with your thighs, they will hurt for a while though - the soreness might go away after about 3 or 4 days.
u probably just pulled a muscle/ ligament
