i have a concussion and im not allowed to do anything any suggestions for entert!

If the concussion was a recent injury, you need rest. However, if the injury was more than a week or so ago, watching tv or a dvd would be about as far as I would take it. You may be able to get a friend to take you to a movie. That probably would not cause you any problems. I would still rest as much as possible so you can heal quickly.
