You won't get a six pack in a week but it's very easy to tone your abs if you do a hard workout. Crunches are good and there are other exercises.. One I find good is where you lay on your back and bring your legs up almost as if you're kneeling but on air with your back on the floor then lift up you'd head stretch out your arms and bob your arms up and down about 100 times. If it doesn't feel tough enough lift your head up further. You need to do a lot of crunches though. Walking and swimming are good to so alongside crunches as they work your whole body :) good luck :D
6 pack abs are only possible in a week if you already have them.
Proper exercise and diet, there is absolutely no substitute.
10 years of training
do at least 15 min a day sit-ups. fastest way in abt six months. also follow a diet to suit.
but not everyone can grow proper abs.
