What makes my back crack?!
Question: What makes my back crack?
What makes my back pop and crack sometimes when I move or roll over in bed? Will it make me lose height?
Answers:
The popping is just air sockets or bubbles of nitrogen or some other kind of gas between joint spaces. Its just your joints moving its full range of motion and it's actually good for you as log as you don't do it every 30 minutes. Popping the bubbles can reduce pressure built up along the joints in the back, lowering pressure along the joints and therefore stopping the high muscle tension involved.
And no it shouldn't ruin your height. but as you get older, people normally tend to get shorter just because of old age.
