What's wrong with my legs? :(?!
Question: What's wrong with my legs? :(?
Answers:
It sounds like your achilles tendons tightened up on you for some reason. That would make the muscle in the back of your leg shorter than it should be so when you try to be flat footed it is pulling really bad on the tendon but when you stand tippy toes you are pushing the end of the muscle where it's attached to the back of your foot, up closer to the muscle so the pain is gone. To get rid of the pain you have to free up your achilles tendons and here's how to do that:
Achilles tendon:
While sitting and your leg on your lap, take both thumbs and place them side by side at about ankle height on the tendon on the back of your leg and apply pressure hard and hold. After 30 seconds slowly raise your toes up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your foot there for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
