Question: My knee is bothering me. WTF?
I haven't played tackle football for over a week, so I doubt it's an injury.
Anyway, I woke up a couple days ago, and I felt an itching sensation in the outside of my right knee. I don't know how to describe it. Itching is the closest I can get.
It feels like something is slightly inflamed. I tried strething, but it didn't help. There is no pain whatsoever, but it's extremely annoying.
What is wrong? It's been around for a couple days now. There was no sudden impact that could have caused it. I just woke up and it was there. Some weird itching sensation; on the outside of the right knee. What could the problem be?

Maybe you have a pinched nerve? If you bumped it wrong and didn't notice, had a bit of swelling which impacted a nerve- that can cause itching and tingling. Ice it, see if the swelling goes down and if it gets better.
Sounds like some type of insect bite - possibly a spider.
