Question: How to get some sleep?
For the last year or so I find it very difficult to get to sleep at night. Once I do fall asleep, I sleep through until the morning, which is good, it's just initiating the sleep I can't do. I lie there for hours, my mind racing, like there's too many thoughts. I've tried everything. I went to my doctor (he gave me stillnoct tabs a few years back for the same problem), but he won't give me anything because "I am a single mother to a 15 month old and it could be dangerous if she wakes up in the night and I'm knocked out. (his words) although I explained to him she sleeps from 6:30 pm - 10 am and never wakes during the night, he still won't help me. Is there anything I can do? 3 - 4 months ago I decided to take it into my own hands and drink 3, 4, sometimes 5 glasses of wine to make me sleep. I've noticed I'm becoming dependent on the wine and don't want to tell my doctor this in case he thinks I'm an unfit mother. If only he could see that being able to sleep helps in being a better parent. Any advice? xxx

Generic antihistamines. I think it's called dyphenhydremine hydrochloride. They're pink. 25 to 50 mg per pill. They're cheap, safe, and they'll knock you out.
smoke weed
weed can be prescribed to insomniacs because its a depressant.
relax your mind,when mind is relax the body will follow.
Run 5 miles during the day and take Nyquil. It works for me!
