Just stop buying weed...then you'll have to stop smoking. Its not addictive so wanting to quit is the only thing that you need to do. Just make sure you remember this when all your friends are smoking. Some one offers you weed just remember "I don't want to smoke anymore". If you're serious about quitting it should be easy as that.

I also smoked for awhile and had to quit. Weed does NOT have any physically addictive components to it, it's all just mental. And since you don't smoke cigarettes, it should be a lot easier for you. I suggest you start working out. It will give you more energy and make your lungs realize how bad smoking is. Also, pick up new hobbies. Something more active or mentally stimulating, so you can't be stoned to do it.

Also smoked for about 10 years. Don't miss it at all.

Imagine how disgusting and unattractive it looks to other, how bad you smell and how it gives you the 'munchies' its just gross and trampy!!!

Get some help if you want to change, go to your GP, they can help you out if you tell them you really want to change.

But I think it is stupid that you only want to quit it because you want to lose weight!
