my neck is kinda fixed so its turend right...

and its reallly painful to turn it left.

Answers:

You have a muscle spasm in your neck that is causing that to happen. The shortened muscle doesn't allow you to turn your head and makes it painful to do that. To get rid of the problem you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

You should go to school. Just let your teachers know that you can't really move it, and tell your friends that too so they don't jump on you or something. Keep taking Advil/Ibubofen to reduce the pain.

I've had this before, except I know what caused mine. Don't go to school just because you might be putting more strain on those muscles than is already there. Go to a doctor, he might refer you to a masseuse.
