Getting sore from working out ?!
Question: Getting sore from working out ?
I normally go to the gym everyday and workout , and don't get sore , but the other day i did a workout tape which was a lot of squats , and my legs hurt SO bad , but when i go to the gym they don't hurt to bad while im working out , should i take a day to let my legs get better ? or just continue working out . ty.

you should take a day off every 2 to 3 days of working out.
Your probably sore as the amount of squats you performed is more than your used to at the gym where your workout would be broken up into different segments.
