How to get by on little sleep?!
Question: How to get by on little sleep!?
I only get 3 to four hours a night!. Which i am fine with, but i get really tired during the day and have trouble moving my muscles!. I need some ways to keep my energy up on a high energy day (I run in the mornings, go to school, exercise for 2 hours, do homework, and read/write, practice music, and exercise some more!. )Www@Answer-Health@Com
