i was playing football 2 day's ago, and afterwords i had a pain in my back!. the next day i thought it would be gone but it wasn't! so i stayed home from school!.!
the next day i woke up and the pain had gone, so i went to school!. but after the 1st class i felt excruciating pain!. so i went to the local doctor!.
he told me that i pulled a muscel!. so he gave me perscription painkillers and a gel that soothes the pain!.
the problam is there is a big disco friday night (tomorow) an i NEED to go and if my back stays this way i won't be able to go!!! can anyone tell me any information to help my ack heal quicker!?!?!? i'l give you ten points for 1st answer (good answer)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

massage the affected part, using a painkiller!. i dont know what is the pain reliever in your country but i think you have this in your medicine kit!. in our country we have the salonpas, mentopas, katinko, omega pain killer!. any pain reliever that contains hot feeling when you apply to the affected part!. then, in taking a bath, dont let water flow at your back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
