However the term fracture is used to specify the type of injury in the bone!. There are different types of fractures!.

A small fracture doesn't break the bone all the way, but a break is where the bone is broken all the way through!. Bad breaks are still called fractures though esp a spiral fracture which is really bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
