My hands go numb randomly and are shaky all the time...?!
Question: My hands go numb randomly and are shaky all the time!.!.!.!?
If i put my hands above my head for even the shortest period of time they go numb and sometimes even when i am just sitting there!. My hands are constantly shaking as well!. It tends to get worse when i work out!. Sometimes i do tend to drink too much caffeine and i considered that, thinking it was the problem!. I cut out all caffeine and my hands were still shaky and went numb!. The only thing i could think of was that i have poor circulation!. Is that what this is!? Are there any remedies for it!? Wear gloves, Rub your hands together every few minutes to keep the circulation steady!. Maybe if you 'tell' your body to keep pumping through your hands by flexing them and rubbing them together it might help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You might have a Thyroid problem!. I had a lot of tremors before I started taking Thyroid medication!.
