Every once and a while I get this involuntary shudder-type thing and I want to know what it is!. !. !. Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's hard to know what those might be, but the best way to figure something like that out is to pay closer attention to it!.
Try to keep a record - how often, how long does it last, what are you doing at the time it comes, what can you do during it, does anything stop it!.
Once you see if there is any pattern to it, you can decide if it is something you need to see a Dr!. about - or just some quirky thing that happens (like when you eat popsicles!)!.

Ben!. I know the symptoms do not sound vague to you but it could be a host of different things!.
The first could be vitamin deficiency or the beginning of a neurological problem to a thyroid deficiency!. The only sure thing is that if they continue and definitely if they worsen you need to see your family MD for follow up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
