When i bend my knees, they always make a snap/crack noise?!


Question: When i bend my knees, they always make a snap/crack noise!?
This happens when I bend my knees or if that does not make sense, when I bend my legs and my knee cap makes a snap sound!. Its quite loud sometimes and it barely hurts, but its really bothering me!.

No, it's nothing serious!. Almost everybody I know, including myself have the same problem!. It happens to me all the time, and it does get quite annoying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It has something to do with the air bubbles in your bones and the fluid!. The pressure that builds up creates a cracking sound, this happens to me also, though it's nothing to be worried about!. It's extremely common!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I never asked my doctor what it is, but a Physio told me it was an airlock, like a bubble, in my joint!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
