Question: Why Do I have Headaches Unless I smoke a cigarette!?
What are the effects of smoking when you first start!?
Background info: I've been smoking for over a month now, and yesterday was my first day that I actually craved a cigarette!.
Ok, first off, I'd just like to say that smoking isn't what I was expecting it to be!. It does relax me, but today!. !. !. I was craving a cigarette ever hour or so!.
Alright, but all day today I've had this headache until I smoke a cigarrete, and then it returns about 45 minutes later!. Also, the nasuia feeling after I would smoke one or two cigarretes is virtually gone!. And I seem happier after I've had a cig!. But why am I getting these headaches!? And is it normal that just yesterday I was still had a nausia feeling after a cig, but today I'm craving them like crazy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try something different!. I found that (I am a long life smoker) when I can't smoke, I attatch two magnets (like earrings) to my left ear upper top!. It releases the endorphins in your brain that helps with cravings and withdrawl!. I don't remember the commercial that I saw them on, but google magnets!. Also, take more Vit C!. It was the other stupid Quit Smoking commercial that I tried!.
Since you've only been smoking for a month, I would suggest trying to quit now!. I actually roll my own now, as the cartons are too expensive!. I do buy Name brand occasionally for a treat, but not very often!.
You can try the gum during your withdrawl, but it tastes funny!. Just don't try the patches!. They will really mess with your system!.
BTW, the magnets are smaller than your pinky toe nail, but strong!. Check out "Rare Earth" magnets on the net!. Don't buy from a hobby shop or slot car dealer, as those are rectangular!.

Your getting headaches because of a nicotine withdrawl!. You should quit now while it will still be fairly easy to!. Youre getting yourself into a nasty, expensive habit dude!. Think of it this way, a pack costs like 4 dollars where I live!. If you smoke a pack a day thats 28 dollars a week, 1456 dollars a year!. Do you know how many lapdances you can buy for 1456 dollars!. The headaches are a reaction from your body!. You can easily overcome it by taking control over your body and mind!.
