,your diaphragm, must have got it sore, that happens alot especially when your straining ,go back to when it first started hurting then think of what you did the day before ,use heat on it and lay around if you can and give it a chance to settle down DON'T LAUGH TOO HARD IT WILL HURT MORE ,feel better soon

It looks like it's the bottom of your sternum, the tip is called the xiphoid process!. If you've been working out, then it tends to hurt a bit - that pain should subside though!. But if it continues to hurt, you should really go to your doctor or chiropractor!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
