How can i sleep less hours?!


Question: How can i sleep less hours!?
Ok, i feel that i have no energy if i dont get 8 hours or plus sleep a night!. If i sleep few hours my whole day is wasted because im tired!.
How many hours do you sleep!? How can i feel more energised when i wake up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This can be caused by various things!. Are you depressed or stressed out!? These can both cause you to feel tired!. Are you anaemic!? Have you had your thyroid tested for an underactive thyroid!? Such as ME can cause extreme tiredness!. The number of hours that people sleep varies from person to person, but I would say an average is 8 hours sleep!.

Well for a start i think you could be slightly depressed, you must control your life more, some positive thinking is definitely required, start a bed routine for a while, to regulate your body clock!.

I only get about five hours good sleep at night, never be tempted to nap during the day, quality of sleep is more important then the length of sleep, i have occasionally not slept at all during the night and still feel fresh with reduced energy the next day but remember life will go on and only you can plan out the course of your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the humans are suppose to get a least 8 hrs of sleep, but if you are feeling tired maybe you are not getting the sleep you think you may be getting!. Maybe you should consider the condition of sleep apnea!? A person with this condition stop breathing briefly several times during sleep !.Some of the symptoms of this condition is that feeling of being tire a lot and heavy loud snoring!. Once there is a diagnosis and the treatment begins you would be surprise at how well you feel after 4 to 8 hrs of sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try asking a doctor about some sleeping pills!. it may not work for all, but I find if I'm knocked out, in a very deep sleep, I need less hours to fell good thou out the day!.

try some green tea when you wake up, helps you fell good all day!.

also be sure to get on a regular sleeping schedule!. sleeping and waking up and different times everyday is not only not good for you, but it makes you fell more sleepy threw out the day!. kinda like your body is confused when it's suppose to be away and sleeping!.

and one thing I have done, but would not strongly recommend!. is 2 or 3 shots of 151!. eat some fresh fruit and I wake up felling great in only 4 or 5 hours!.

Try forcing yourself to to go to sleep unless you can't keep ur eyes open!.
It's a struggle of the will power!.Making a habit of less then 8hrs a night u can't just resolve in a week!.Start my going to bed an hr later then u would or waking up an hr earlier then u do!.It seem kind of hard at first but after a few weeks ur body will be adjusted to the reduction!.I've done it and I'm a college student so it seems as 24hrs is never enough for me!.Also remember to have a catch up day for ur rest like the weekend or else u will find urself aging pretty fast!. I had the same problem as you!. Do you also put on loads of weight easily and remember when you had more energy, e!.g!. as a child!? Get your blood tested at the docs, you could have an underactive thyroid!. They give you drugs to speed your metabolism up again!. More than 8 hours apparently shortens your life, so that scared me into setting my alarm more at the weekends!. otherwise I sleep 12 or 14 hours!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your sugars may be low!. when i was pregnant "not saying you are" i would have to have orange juice and a banana on my night table and eat that before i got out of bed!. even now i need to have juice still on my night table and drink that before i can get up!. welll, its not good to sleep more than 8 hours anyways,
however, if u always feel tired if u sleep less, try to make ur bed as comfortable as possible, because a nice cousy sleep and really relax ur mind n body, and when u wake up, u feel refreshed!. !. !.

Get the doctor to end you for a thyroid test!. An underactive thyroid can make you feel totally shattered & can easily be sorted out with tablets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always try to get at least seven hours a night because I work forty hours a week on my feet all day walking miles a day, if I were to wear a walking monitor I know that I would be shocked!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of this can deal with when you are going to bed and having to get up!. For myself, I find that as I increasingly go past 1 AM, with getting up at 845 AM, I am extremely tired in the morning!. The biggest problem is probably you don't really keep a sleep schedule, so your body is wanting to be awake or asleep when it isn't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
