Question: Do you think that people with chronic pain are discriminated!?
I hear many horrible stories from people who have chronic pain!. They feel neglected, abused and discriminated!. Most of them can't work, so they become homeless!. Adults who don't have children under the age of 18 do not qualify for any assistance other then food stamps!. I wonder, how do these people survive while their disability case is being reviewed, which may take up to 2 years!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

In regards to discrimination!. My wife suffers from horrorable pain but with the meds she is fine most of the discrimination I see comes from the doctors who just think your a junkie looking for drugs!. The time before last while in the hospital see was told red flags were going up on her file!. Two days later she was out of that hospital because they said nothing else was wrong with her!. A month later she was in Tampa Hospital getting a tumor removed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hope and pray! Now Walmart does the 4 dollar presriptions and I just usually ask my doctor to give me what is on the list!. I am lucky--my husband and mother take care of the things that I need!. I am very luckyWww@Answer-Health@Com
