What could be causing slight pain in my lower abdomen and groin?!

Question: What could be causing slight pain in my lower abdomen and groin!?
Over the last month I have had some slight pain and discomfort in my lower left groin area!. My physician felt around on my testicles and said that everything felt fine!. From there, he had me get an ultrasound done last week on my testicles and everything came back fine from it as well!. He gave me some antibiotics in case it is inflammation which I am currently still taking!. What could be the cause of this!? It has only been 4 or 5 days that I have been taking the antibiotics, but I am still feeling the discomfort in my lower left abdomen / groin area!. I should note that the discomfort is not really painful at all!. Just an annoying "stressed" feeling that is SLIGHTLY painful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be a lot of things!. Here are some things that I could think of:

Hernia - In the beginning stages it isn't always noticeable and wouldn't show up on the xray and doctor might not feel it!. Go to a specialist!.

Cyst - they usually go away on their own after awhile!.

Muscle strain - take it easy!. Try not to do too much physical activity for about a week!.

bladder stone - will eventually pass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think hernia or some infection, combination pain killer and antibiotic will helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
