Are there any guys out there that actually go to the doctor when needed?!

Question: Are there any guys out there that actually go to the doctor when needed!?
My husband pretty much has to feel as if he's dying before he decides to go!. He woke up this morning with a stiff neck and it's gotten worse throughout the day!. He just called me to tell me he's going home to rest!. He can't even turn his head to the right and his head is tilted to the left a little, he can't straighten it!. I told him to call the doctor and he won't because he thinks they won't give him any meds that are strong enough and therefore, doesn't want to waste his time or money!.

So, guess who gets to hear him complain constantly!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like my husband!. The only difference is that my husband expects me to make the call and schedule the appointment for him!. Geez!. There's one more thing I'm going to make sure our boys know how to do on their own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not mine he go's to the Doctor for any thing and even for check ups!.!.!.guess what it paid off to do so and saved his life for going to see the Doctor !.Men be a man and see the Doctor nothing wrong in going!. It will not hurt your manhood ! Your still the man even if you have to break down to go!. Better in beaning healthy then something going really wrong because you will not see a Doctor to be treated! yep, my pressure points - when's it's something I just have no idea what the distress is; when my 3 days is up and I HAVE to produce a doctor's excuse for work!.

that sounds pretty bad!. take him to a chiropractor!. they can work out all the stiffness and kinksWww@Answer-Health@Com

If its a stiff neck/head I suggest a chiropractor before seeing a doctor!. The "get meds" for health care approach is really an awful one, since it's not trying to fix the problem, only trying to treat the symptom, i!.e!. pain!.

Being a male, though, I understand the husbands sentiments!. I've toughed out illness, pain, and in one case, probably a sprained/broken wrist, simply for the fact that it does seem like a waste of time and money!. And as a result I still have a huge lump on my wrist that sometimes flares up in intense pain (not to mention the two weeks following the accident when I couldn't turn my wrist at all!.)
