I have prescription orthotics provided by the NHS in the UK!.

Sadly they don't help much!. The simple heel pads cause pains at the front of the feet and the full sole would require special shoes built!. So I continue to hobble albeit better than no pads at all!.

You might try heel pads first!. I've noticed some sports shops now carrying them in the UK!. You need to keep the angle of the foot as natural as possible!. Some trainers may offer a better solution it really depends upon the specific area causing your Plantar Fasciitis!.

I do have the full sole version just after three attempts to make them fit I gave up as the pain of trying was too muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

i paid 500 dollars plus the cost of 2 doctors visits, so total cost was just under 600 bucks!!!!
lucky insurance covered it, and honestly,!.!.!. THEY DONT MAKE THE SLIGHTEST DIFFERENCE! i feel as if it was a waste of money!.
i paid and got these things like 6 months ago!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before you resort to "orthotics" you might want to go get a good professional foot massage!. My husband suffered from this too, but after a "deep" sole foot massage!. !. !. !.he said it was 1000% BETTER !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try a physical therapist, particularly one who specializes in foot bio-mechanics!. Most PTs are capable of hand crafting an orthotic for your shoe that is billable through your insurance (assuming PT is covered)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My first pair several years ago was $39!.95!. The next two pairs were $19!.95 about 2 years ago!. Now, I find almost identical ones in a retail store for $3!.99 & they work as well as the very first ones!. Go figure!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am in the UK so it was free!. Sorry i cant be more helpWww@Answer-Health@Com
