My left leg is longer than my right and my left hip is higher than my right!!!?!

Question: My left leg is longer than my right and my left hip is higher than my right!!!!?
For a couple of years now i noticed that my left leg is longer and that my left hip is sitting higher up, (not to mention my right foot is bigger but i think thats because of the excess weight i carry on it) !.!.!.!. But it wasnt until recently that i put the two together and started to think that this might be a serious problem considering i have significant back pain when i over sleep/ lay in bed too long!. Im 22 years old and im extremely anal about little imperfections, but i wanted to know if i go to the chiropractor would that be a waste of money because it sounds like the damage is done and my left leg is altogether longer than my right!.!.!.!? Any body out there that can really help with real advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some people have this, and you are not alone!.Check with a doctor before going to a chiropractor, you don't want to do more damage!.You may need surgery,or you may not!.Chiropractors are okay for some people, but dangerous to others!.Always get a second opinion!.It's your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it's never too late to do something about it!. Because as you get older the problems will still be there and probably get worse!. See the chiropractor and see what he suggests!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a Chiropractor for sure!. I am 26, had a similar problem!.!.!.!.!.it took 3 months, lots of therapy and daily adjustments!. In the end, it was treated and my back pain was gone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ur spine could be out of line!.!. go to the chiropractor!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is actually a fairly common problem we see in Chiropractic!. While the damage being caused is due to your left leg being longer than your right, the damage can easily be undone by chiropractic!. In regards to solving your alignment issue, there are insoles that can be purchased for your feet that are custom tailored to give you proper leveling and support so the problem doesn't come back!.

We sell them in our offices, but being locally based in Philadelphia, that probably doesn't help you much!. However, I'll send you a link to their website so you can check it out!. Or if you visit any decent Chiropractor, they might also offer them, and be able to give you a more direct presentation of their use!.

If you need any further information, feel free to E-mail me, and I can provide more!. Anything to help remove the stigma of Chiropractic being a "waste of money" however!.

i graduated school for massage therapy and and we deal with this all the time!. your QL muscle (quadratus lumborum) is shortened on your left side from what i can tell!. a chiropractor would help but i think if you get a massage from a good therapist ( try to avoid fancy spas) together the two approaches can do wonders!. for something at home you can do!.!.!.!. try a hot pack or a hot shower/bath, then sit on the floor cross legged with on leg in front of the other and lean forward as much as possible you should feel a stretch in your low back and hip at one side!. then switch your legs so the other one is on the outside and lean forward as far as you can again!. i hope this helps, just remember I'm not a doctor haha Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
