Question: Tips On How To Fall Asleep!?
I am a shiftworker who works lots of night shifts!. It is so hard because now i am on my week off and cannot get to sleep! HELP! I love to stay up all night now, but i hate sleeping the day away :( I am currently waiting for my sleeping pills to kick in!.!.!. but i hate relying on chemicals!. I don't feel as tired in the morning if i take them tho oddly enough!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

~It is so hard to try to go to sleep while lying in bed and tossing and turning!. I am a second shift worker and my days and nights are all messed up! Try no caffeine for 4 hours before bedtime, no huge meals, lights out, no TV on!. Meditating can help also!. When things start to run through your mind, brush them away!. Concentrate on thinking about nothing at all while trying to fall asleep~Www@Answer-Health@Com
