Question: My stomache has a pain when i cough or sneeze!.!.etc!?

i just did this crazy workout thing in gym the other day where we did about 50 pushups and alot of jumping jacks!. whenever i lay up my stomache hurts really bad!. or whne i cough theirs a pain!.!.what is this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
