Question: How bad does piercing your ears hurt!?
im getting my ear pierced and i dont know how bad itll hurt!. im not good with pain so idk if i should bring people or not!. haha!. how bad in comparison to something else is itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Matt,it will hurt a little,BUT never forget these rules!.I had six piercings in each ear for a while!
#1 when you pierce use a small "endless loop"
#2 have the piercer put the loop on for you
#3 every day*wipe with alcohol,then put neosporin PLUS on the back of your ear
#4 after the neosporin,gently turn the loop just enough to get the neosprin through the new hole!.
#5 do this until there is no redness,dryness or any discomfort!. Usually 5-7 days
***the loop keeps the neo in the new hole,using the neo PLUS will numb your ear and keep it lubricated until its totally healed!.When I did my extra holes,my bud,who is a nurse,had me do a shot of rum,then a hole,rum,hole!.etc!.!.Wee Haa!. We used a clean I!.V!. needle,no xylocain!.Needless to say I was plowed!But I followed her directions and had no problems,except feeling a little rough for work the next day
I think if I could do the first two totally sober,you can do one!.

Your ear lobe has very few nerve receptors in it!. Do an experiment!.!.!. pinch the back of your hand; hurts huh!?!?, now, pinch your ear lobe; you can feel it, but it's much less painful than the pinch on the back of your hand!.
Once you have one ear done, you'll realize it isn't bad and you'll be fine to go ahead with the other ear!.

I had my ear pierced with a gun when I was 8 or 9 yo, and it hurt really bad: a really sharp pain!. And I'm fairly tolerant with pain!. But for most people, it seems like it doesn't hurt!. Maybe the person that did mine did it wrong or the gun was messed up!.!.!. I don't know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have several piercings in the lobes and one in the cartilage!. The lobes burned a bit but not for long and I didn't feel the one in the cartilage at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
