How do I know if I have TMJ or a Dislocated Jaw?!

I am going to the doctor tomorrow!. I was yawing yesterday morning, on the downside of the yawn, my jaw popped loudly on the left side, followed by excruciating pain, shooting electrical sensations, and I couldnt shut it all the way for at least a minute or 2!. I had to wiggle it around with my HAND to get it to shut!. I thought I pulled some muscles or something!. In a hour is swelled and I no longer could open my mouth very far!. I iced it and it seemed to go down!. I didnt think too much about it till dinner where it started to hurt after chewing!. Then I went to bed!. I woke up with SO much pain, and now my upper teeth on that side will not come to meet my bottom but my right side does!. I feel a bit lopsided!. I was reading a website that states both things have very similar symptoms!. I am going to urgent care in the morning since I dont want a ER visit right now!. I can live with it for now!. Whats your guys take on this!? I think myself that I dislocated it, by my sister has TMJWww@Answer-Health@Com
