It is normal to develop painful swelling beneath one or both nipples early during puberty!. It will disappear after a few weeks or months!. It happens in both sexes, although not everyone experiences it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have three boys and they went through the exact thing at your age, it is from puberty, however if you have any dishcharge or it doesnt go away after a few months you should see you family doctor, not many people realize it but boys can get breast cancer, however i feel it is a simple case of puberty!!! Go to the doctor or talk to someone you trust like your parents and get it checked out!.
if it turns out to be something major then you can ask the doctors to help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
