Legs hurt when jogging after awhile...?!
Question: Legs hurt when jogging after awhile!.!.!.!?
After I sweat a bit my legs really start to feel like there are needles going through my pores!. I've tried to scrub myself more thoroughly in the shower and even jog more slowly but no matter what I do it hurts!. *and I really need to jog faster to get more exercise*

Sounds like a build up of lactic acid in your muscles!. When it starts happening, slow down a bit!. You don't need to jog faster, you can jog longer but more slowly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Rosie is right!. You might want to try walking the course first!. Build up to 'power walk' then to jog!. I take glucosamine and chondroitin for joint pain!. Keep plenty of omega 3 and olive oil in your diet, too!. This helps keeps things lubricated!.
