Question: HORRIBLE sore throat!.!.!.loss of voice!?!? help!!?
I have the worst sore throat I have ever had!. and I have no voice becuase of it!. when I speak it's incredibly raspy and just basically isn't theere!. what does that mean !?!? i heard its because of dehydration you lose the voice part!?
ive never lost my voice due to sore throat!.
and my head hurts more than anything!. it feels like bricks are smashing on my head!. and i took two aleves!.
but nothing happened!.
i was thiknin of getting dayquil cold & flu symptoms!.!.

You probably have some kind of virus!. (It doesn't sound like strep throat!.)

I agree with previous answer you probably have a virus!. You might try gargling a potion of 1 tsp of sea salt in 8 oz of warm water this frequently will help alleviate some discomfort with your throat!. Just make sure you use sea salt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
