Pain from my lower back to my left foot?!
Question: Pain from my lower back to my left foot!?
I have this pain that starts in my lower back on my left side, and I can feel it all the way down my left leg!. It usually comes when I have been on my feet all day standing!. Walking doesn't bother it much, but when I stand still, it is the most annoying pain ever!. I have yet to see a doctor about it, because it only comes maybe once a week or so, and I always just figured my back was just tired!. What could it be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

More then likely, it sounds like a pinched sciatica nerve!. It is the largest nerve in the body, which is why you feel it everywhere down your leg!. I, myself, live with this too!. I have been to 2 different doctors, both say there isn't a whole lot of stuff you can do that will cure it, but only stuff to help yourself not feel it!. Stretching everyday, placing a pillow under your knees when you lie down, etc!.!.!.
