Lower back pain trouble?!


Question: Lower back pain trouble!?
Hello,
i have lower back pain on one side, the left side, the height is just above my hip but in myback!. It only comes when i have been walking & standing for a long time (roughly an hour) Not long after i sit down & rest it goes!. Not sure if it's my bones or a nerv or an organ!? Doesnt seem to hurt anymore if i press on it!. I am very thing weighing 133 pounds (9!.5 stone) and 6 2" tall!. I have a bad posture and have sat in a chair for very long periods of times over many years!. I am 25!. I'm wondering whether to do some weight lifting and strenghten the muscles in my bacWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have had back trouble for years, plus I had back surgery nine months ago!. I would advise you to talk with a doctor that specializes in back trouble!. You symptoms sound like Spinal Stenosis but your doctor will have to diagnosis this through MRI or Ct scans!.
I personally would not start a weight lifting progam until you consult your doctor, you could do more harm than good!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

alot of peoples back pain come from weak abdominals!. try to strengthen you stomach muscles, without weights of course, by doing crunches, leg lifts etc!.!.!. when your abs are weak, your back has to hold all of the weight of your torso!. after time they will become sore from being overworked!. don't try to strenghten your back muscles but concentrate on your abs, give your back a rest for a change!. also tight hamstrings will cause back pain!. stretching is always a good thing!. work on correcting your posture also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

6'2" and weigh 133 lbs!! Dude, you have to put rocks in pockets when there is a strong wind outside!. I'm not a doctor and I would recommend getting checked out if it doesn't go a way soon!. Does it hurt where the kidneys are!? Drink some cranberry juice, plenty of water, and do some exercise!. Walking 30 minutes or more a day and work those ab muscles!. My son had to have a brace and then a minor op-but the best thing he found (you have to go with the pain though) is exactly what you are thinking - weight lifting, but make sure you get advice at the Gym first, low weights high resolutions!.

Self diagnosing and treating back pain may cause more problems than it solves!. Get some advice from your GP, or try a Physiotherapist for advice about back strengthening exercises!. If you are considering weight lifting you might benefit from using a sacro iliac (lower back) support belt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may also be a Kidney Stone!. I had this problem many years ago and it turned out to be one!. Have your Doc run a simple urine test too see if there is blood in the urine!. Do this before you start lifting weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
