Perhaps you should eat more nuts as they are rich in iron!. There is also a reasonable amount of iron in broccoli and spinach!.

Vegetarians who do it right in general are very healthy but some vegetarians do it wrong!. You need to be aware of a few traps in a vegetarian diet and you can find them in a web search for "vegetarian diet" + "health hazards"!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get your Iron checked and also your B12 - you could be anemic which would cause all of these symptoms!. You can take Iron pills and you can also take a B Complex pill every day or if you are severely deficient you can get the B12 shots every month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm guessing it's from low protein!. Eat at least 2 servings of beans until you get better, the switch to one!. I'm really, really sorry that this has been happening to you:)

low iron is common in women not to mention women vegetarians!. Get some iron supplements and find a good source of protein (nails are protein)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
