How to relieve pain from jogging?!


Question: How to relieve pain from jogging!?
For about a week now i have been jogging for about 20 mins at night!. the last 2 days now my muscles on my lower legs have been really sore it lasts from when i get home from jogging and gradually goes away and i am able to jog again the next night!. well the pain is getting a bit worse and i bought some bengay for it and have applied it a few times but i dont notice a difference in pain!. I am wondering if this is normal and if not what should i do!? also are there any stretches that would help me with my leg muscles so they arent as stiff thanks for any info!. because i have just started i do plan to continue everynight because i enjoy it alot and i think if i stop for even 1 night i wont pick it up again!. Its very normal especially if you haven't been stretching before you go!. Do lunges or toe touches, things like that before you go running!. You are hurting because your muscles are stretching, and your body isn't used to running!. Also if your new to this running//jogging than there are ways to get started!. My personal trainer said when you first start you should run for one minute and walk for two!. And keep on this pattern, for your first couple of weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the pain is totally normal!. your body is just not used to the exercise yet!.!. but once it is, then you're cool!.!.it wouldnt hurt anymore!. when did you started jogging!? recently!? and I suggest, before you jog, do some leg stretches first!.!. then after, stretch again!.!. you can stretch your torso and arms too!.!. its healthy!.
