Question: Need help!! I have a major headache!.!?

Yep, do you have a freezer with a frozen bag of peas or corn!? Get it out and put this bag on the base of your neck across the shoulder area, not up the neck, but against the base!. Do this 15 minutes on and 15 minute off!. You can do it with ice, but for some reason, it is harder to make it happen with crushed ice in a baggy!. The corn just seems to be perfect for making the headache go away!. If you don't have it in the fridgie, buy some for $1 at the grocery store next time!. It works and is worth it to reduce the pain!.
Also, doctors prescribe 800 mg's of motrin, which is 4 of the 200 mgs for headaches!. How much did you take!? It's got to be 800mgs to knock it!. Hope this helps and good luck!. I'll say a prayer for relief for you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take two more advil!. If that doesn't knock it down, it may be a migraine and you'll need special medicine for that kind of headache!. You'll have to see the dr!. for that!.

what kind of headache do you have!? Drink some water!. Also try to eat something that has some sugar in it!.!. Good sugar!. :)

drink a caffeine drink like a soda!. try cold compress or go to be early!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
