Back, Hip, Leg pains at work?!

Question: Back, Hip, Leg pains at work!?
I'm only 15 years old, and I work at a dry cleaners!. I don't work a lot during the day, about 4 or 5 hours!.
I start having really bad back pains!. Is this normal!? And what can I do to fix this!?

And also, sometimes, my joints in my knees/legs and Hips get sore and hurts every time I walk/stand (sometimes) not always!. Even if I am not working, like at home!.

But my back hurts every time I work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You may be standing badly or having to contort your body in some way(that you don't really notice) at work!. Pay attention to the way you are standing and see if that is part of the problem!.
The other part may be that you are not wearing suitable shoes for standing on cement- and that can cause a lot of leg pain- and even back pain!. Buy yourself a pretty good pair of athletic shoes, the kind that have good padding and support for your feet!. They may cost 100 dollars, but it's worth it!. Go to a shoe store where they will fit you properly, using a treadmill to watch and see how you walk!. That would be a store where runners buy their shoes!.
I know that most dry cleaners are hot, but wearing support hose or support stockings will also help with your legs!.
You may find that spending the extra money for quality shoes solves your problem!. I have worked on cement floors for most of my working life, and never cheap out on work shoes/athletic shoes!. I'm a nurse and I never buy "official" nursing shoes!. They usually aren't as good to my feet as a good pair of shoes!.
One other thing you might want to look into are buying a pair of complete silicone shoe inserts called ViscoPeds- google them and see if you can find full foot inserts in your size!. They last a good long time and really take the weight off your feet!.
Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
