Question: Need help!.!.!.!. im very sore!!?!!?
yesterday i went to start volleyball at school and when it was finished i couldnt even walk or sit down so i decided volleyball wasnt for me!.!. so today i feel the same way if anything i feel worse !.!. but tomorrow are the tennis tryouts and i really want to make it!.!. today i went to practice and i couldnt play good cause i couldnt run!.!. so tomorrrow are the tryouts and i really really want to make the team!.!.!. so what can i do to get these muscular aches away!.!. thx in advanceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Have a good stretch and a warm up!.
If you had'nt done this before your volleyball tryouts the muscles arent warmed up enough and are liable to stretches and strains!.
Imagine pulling cold putty, it breaks almost instantly!. Now imagine pulling warm putty, it stretches!. The same applies to your muscles!.
A few painkillers in the morning coupled with a decent breakfast and some good stretches should put you in good steed for the tennis tryouts!. However my advice would be to just rest :) Hope this helps!. I'm no doctor, but i have plenty of first hand experience of this from football (and my dads a doc)

you need to stretch!. make sure you feel the stretch in every muscle and make it last a few minutes!. it will loosen you up!.
keep stretching all day after sitting or doing something that makes you tighten up!.
