You should probably go see a doctor!. It dosen't sound like anything urgent, so, you can wait until tomorrow!. Anyway, in the meantime, wipe the area of infection well with peroxide!. Apply some antibiotic ointment on it and apply a dressing!. You may need to go on oral antibiotics, that's why I'd recommend seeing a doctor!. Don't try to press the infection out, that may cause it to spread faster!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm, I'd have to say!.!.yeah, it IS infected and the other answers were absolutely correct, (in my humble opinion of course)!. Neosporin is great and keep it covered to keep the dirt out will certainly help it heal!. However following that, my question is!.!.when is the last time you had a tetnis shot!? ( theyre supposed to be good for 5 years or so) My next concern would be watch for any red streaks extending from your finger/injury!.!.could just mean trouble!. IF, it doesn't get better in a couple of days, I would definetely check it out at an urgent care center nearest you, just for asurance that all's well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh brother, I'm not a nurse so I shouldn't be answering!. I'd put peroxide on it then I'd soak it in warm, strong salt water or vinegar water!. Then I'd put antibiotic cream on it; some has pain medicine in it!. If it doesn't get better, go to the doc, and don't wait too long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put some antibiotic ointment on it, such as Neosporin, or anything generic, and keep it covered with a bandaid!. It should be better in a day or two!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Clean it out with peroxide then use some neosporne on it cover with band aid should be better in a few days you might want to soak it with Epsom salt be for applying ointment on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
