hot and cold compresses 20 minutes hot (warm) 20 minutes cool!. have him try to do small stretches!. ibuprofen!. and if that doesn't help he should see a doctor (if it is due to an accident or trauma he should go straight to the doctor or er)Www@Answer-Health@Com
