Eighteen is not a lethal dose of aspirin!.
Obviously you need to see a doctor and talk to them about this!. You may have given yourself an ulcer or have internal bleeding!. At any sign of blood in your poop or throwing up blood you need to see the docotr right away!. Blood in throw up can look like coffee grounds or actual blood!. Blood in poop can look like blood or you may just have darker poop than usual!.
It's time to be smart and get a referral from your doctor and start seeing a therapist!. If everyone who felt depressed one day killed themselves our planet would not be inhabitated!.
You know this and you'll do what you want but I will point out that the problem with using any kind of medicine or drug to kill yourself is that it's very likely the attempt will fail and you can wind up with health problems that will make your current depression look like a party!.
Imagine feeling as depressed as you did AND being a brain damaged, drooling person who needs your diaper changed, or being paralyzed or suffering from chronic pain!. When you think about using a drug to commit suicide it's more likely you'll injure yourself than you'll kill yourself!.

Offhand, I'd say that if you're so screwed up that you would even take 18 aspirins, that you might not be able to feel the effects!. Let's face it, you're pretty f**ked up!.
By the way, you should be aware that taking that much aspirin can actually make you BLEED TO DEATH, since aspirin is a blood thinner!. Bruises are more serious, internal bleeding can occur and all the things your body normally does to heal itself on an hourly basis are counteracted!.
