Why does my upper thigh hurt?!
Question: Why does my upper thigh hurt!?
I have a baaaad habit of sitting wrong all day at work!. I sit with my left foot under my right leg all day long and when I stand up my right thigh gives out or feels like it needs to be stretched out !. Could it be from the way I am sitting how can I fix this problem without going to the D!.RWww@Answer-Health@Com

its just your muscle cramping up!. no need to worry about it just try not to sit that way next time!. see if it helps!. or just put a heating pad on it when you get home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
when your left foot is under your right thigh, you could be cutting off blood circulation in your upper thigh, pressing against the muscles and the veins could flatten the vein out letting less blood through!. Also just because your foot is there, the weight from your thigh presses against your foot!. If you sat on an acorn all day, I garuntee that you would feel it after you stood up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Poor circulation, pinched nerve, strained muscles - all are potential reasons!.
If it clears up after you walk around a few minutes, just try to be more careful of how you sit, and get up periodically!.

i have the same problem just put a heating pad on it in the morning before you go to work and befor you go to sleep

Sounds like a personal problem!. Your thigh is falling asleep, break the habit of sitting that way or just deal with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
