Answers:
This is a phenomenon called sleep paralysis!. Lots of people will experience this in their lifetime, but few ever experience it often!.

This has happened to me before, many times, except mine was coupled with hallucinations!. Many people describe this experience as having to do with demons or aliens, and feelings of being pulled at or pulled down into bed, but unable to move themselves!.

Nobody is really sure what sleep paralysis is, but a lot of doctors relate it to REM, when your mind is in deep sleep!. Your body, however, is paralyzed when you sleep to prevent harm from moving about too much!. If you wake up without going through the proper process, the result is sleep paralysis, and the brain believes that you are still asleep so it keeps you from moving!.

Don't panic when this happens, it is nothing harmful, and you'll be alright!. They usually don't last longer than several minutes, and eventually your mind will either wake up or you'll go back to sleep!.

Its called sleep paralysis!.
From the web:Sleep paralysis is a common condition characterized by transient partial or total paralysis of skeletal muscles and areflexia that occurs upon awakening from sleep or less often while falling asleep!. Stimuli such as touch or sound may terminate the episode, which usually has a duration of seconds to minutes!. This condition may occur in normal subjects or be associated with narcolepsy, cataplexy, and hypnagogic hallucinations!. The pathophysiology of this condition is closely related to the normal hypotonia that occur during REM sleep!. When considered to be a disease, isolated sleep paralysis is classified as MeSH D020188

That has happened to me before, and finally with all your strength you are able to sit up and take a deep breathe!. When you finally can move you feel very awake and normal! I am not sure but I just think that your in a semi-conscious state where your partially awake but your body is in transition and your motor skills aren't awake!.!.!. the best thing to do is not freak out!.!.!. I am an anxious person so I freak out easily about those things, but I don't think its a big deal!Www@Answer-Health@Com

As you tigling all over!? Feels like your body is asleep (like if your arm/leg is alsleep and you have to shake it to get the circulation going again)!? Your concious and you can't utter a work because it is like your under "suspended animation!?"
You really want to know!?
Its just a demon!. This one expecially takes you and just locks you up!. Happened to me when I was 17 and 21(pregnant, last time)!. I now know as a born again believer that we have authorithy over the evil spirits, I just commanded it to keep its filthy hands off my body and rebuked it in the name of Jesus!. Now if you are not "saved" (according to Romans 10:09 and covered with the blood of Jesus) you are fighting a losing battle!. Once you cast out one, it can leave and because you don't have the Holy Ghost living inside you, can bring 7 other spirits back with it to reclaim you!.

P!.S!. Noticed that others had commented!. Nice that there is a name for it!. What affects the physical world is what you cannot see, which is spiritual!. I remember me and my husband were parked on the side of the road (when I was 21) on a trip to Austria and I woke up!. I sensed something was outside of our VW bug going to come in and said quick! Lock the doors! It still got me!. That was the last time I might add!. Now when I feel something trying to slip on, in or around me I bind it up and rebuke it in the name of "Jesus!"
The name above all names!Www@Answer-Health@Com
