My legs are soo extremely sore. What do i do? i have practice 5-9 tonight! helpp!


Question: My legs are soo extremely sore!. What do i do!? i have practice 5-9 tonight! helpp, easy 10!?
so yesterday i ran 3 miles in 27 minutes and then i had a four hour practice outside!.

so i used a lot of muscle and legs yesterday!.!.i felt fine last night!. but when i got up this morning i was so sore!. im more sore than ive ever been in my life!. it hurts just to walk or lift my leg!
what do i do!?
i have practice for 4 hrs tonight too!
i already took 2 aleves, ive stretched, and ice for 15 minutes!.


what do i do now!?
is there anything that can make it better before 5!? i wnat to do well at practice and not be slow or in pain the whole time!

help help help

Why would you run 3 miles the day before a 4 hour practice anyway!?
You are giving your body no time to recover!. You could try an ice bath but I'm not sure it will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you ll be fine, i have been helping my mom and dad put up a retaining wall in my front yard and I'm sore after a wake up in the morning but after about 4 hours I'm fine fine fine, besides its only 10 in the morning, your gonna be fine by then!.!.!.^^Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had this same problem!. what you need is icy-hot!. But not the pad type, but the cream type!. It helps out a ton!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
