Question: HELp w/blood test fasting!.!.!.!.i forgot!!!?
how many hours should i fast before a blood test from the arm !?!? I think my doc said not to eat after 10pm the day before (i think) but i can't remeber and i can't contact them so whats the norm!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

12 hours, usally!. I get fasting blood work all the time because I am diabeic and I usally won't eat after midnight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
